7 Intelligent Things I Want in my Home

After recently rejuvenating my home with fresh paint, gardening like crazy and soft new carpets, I’ve finally turned my mind to getting my smart home in order. We all have hobbies and I unashamedly want my house to embrace “the possible” by creating a living and working environment that is more like a spaceship than a generic 20th Century home.

Automating the curtains, blinds, fans and lights should be easy, but I have to admit I have had as many frustrating days as I have had wins. Furthermore, the more I look into all the options, the more I realise how complicated and exasperating it can be to fulfil my vision depending on the amount of money you want to spend, the types of connectivity and technology you want to use and the time and inclination have to reconfigure my house!
